My grandmother's brother was Edward John ('Jack') Edwards and was a merchant marine about the HMS Louvain. However he was not killed during the sinking, but had become sick just before the war actually started. They took him off ship and was in the hospital in Port Said Egypt. He never recovered and died there in 1919. He was laid to rest in the Port Said War Memorial Cemetery.
