Inquiry on 24 Feb 1881 at Liverpool into the stranding of the 'ss Eleanor' at
Leestone, Co. Down on 27 Jan 1881 whilst George Lewis served as Master.
Master found in default, (neglect to use the lead and slow his engines).
Cert susp for 3 months.
Cert returned to Holyhead on 23 May 1881, (BT167/35/p1324).
