Something I didn't know (well we are all on a learning curve most of the time). It is an interesting bit of information.

The correct name for the WO is Oblt.z.S.d.R Hinrich Hermann Hashagen. He was born 28.8.1885. I have often wondered if he was related to the more successful commander Kptlt Ernst Hashagen who was born 24.8.1885.

They are very close dates of birth.
