Kurt Hartwig is one of the most unknown U-Boot Commanders. I know that when War beginning he served in the light kreuser "Dresden". During the First World War he was the Commanders of "U 32" and "U 63".
Please, help me with the search Info about him and may be Date of his promotions (when he was awarded by Pour le meite order he had a Rank of Kapitanleutnant and his last Rank was Korvettenkapitan). Does anyone have a complete list of his awards and decorations?
Thanks
Igor
