Question about U-22

Good day all.
I have question about U-22. In all books write, that 21 jan 1915 U-22 sunk germane U-7 in error. But what I know near time:
1915 Jan
...
7-12 At Emden ready for service.
13-20 At sea.
21 Returned Emden, not ready for service
22 Not ready for service
26 Engine trouble. Ready uncertain.
29 Emden. Ready Feb 1st.

And question: khow U-22 can sunk U-7 21 jan, when she was in Emden in it day?
If U-22 sunk U-7, so write me describe attack.
If U-22 was in base, so what is reason sinking U-7? And what source was first and from starting version about sunk U-7 by error by U-22?
