Upon further research:
There were (3) fishing vessels listed in the New England area for June 30 1917 thru June 30 1918. One is missing from the list June 30 1918 thru June 30 1919.
ON210974 ON TIME 8 tons gross built 1912,Osterville, Mass with home port as
Vineyard Haven, MASS.

A KTB can contain errors. Not keeping track of boats that are being sunk is not
unusual. See U57 Scarbrough trawler masacure among others. Kicking ass and not
taking names sometimes happened in the heat of "battle".
There were witnesses to the sinking of On Time. If it was not ON TIME that was sunk,
then which boat was it?
