OK, had a look at 1919/1920 Lloyd's Register as well — ESPERO isn't listed.
As for LUIGINA, now I remember why there isn't a builder and owner listed in the uboat.net database. Simple put, I can't find a clean match in Lloyd's Register to the LUIGINA that supposedly disappeared in 1917. The LUIGINAs that are in the 1916/17 edition are also in the 1919/20 edition. So it's entirely possible that the listing that she went missing is either false or refers to a smaller sailing vessel.
