you are right. You told the true story. It was very dramatic, because the crew needed 3 hours to empty the torpedo tube - in a boat with appr. 53 degree incline. They needed 3 men one stading on the shoulders of the next to reach the hatch of the torpedo tube and open it. 7 or 8 crew members went outside. Due to the cold weather and wet clothes some went inside again saying: "Rather die down below than up above!" 7 men were outside, when P32 arrived. One man died in the water and was buried by the member of HMS P32 at the sinking position of UB81 the next day. 6 were rescued and told their story.
