Richard,

I have have a high-res copy of the plans of the UBIII class, UB 75 to UB 79 to be specific. PM me with your e-mail address.

Also there's a good photo album available online showing UB 110 after she was salvaged by the Royal Navy available at [www.flickr.com]

In both case, the boats depicted were build by Blohm & Voss and not A.G. Weser, which built UB 81, but are likely to be the best available. They are certainly the best I've ever come across. Can't rule out the possibility of small design differences between the two yards though.
