Maybe. The first thing you'll need is DORA's Official Number, which was 113396. Then see [www.crewlist.org.uk] and go from there.
Now the bad news: I went ahead and checked the MHA and they only have DORA's crew list through 1914. Haven't checked the other possible sources, though the 1915 crew list should also exist, likely at the National Maritime Museum.
