Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any surviving data that links parts to a specific World War I U-boat. You could probably narrow it down to a limited number of possibilities by comparing the date to when various boats were laid down and completed, but that’s going to be far from definite.
You should be able to obtain your grandfather's service record from The National Archives for a modest price.
