Yes you are right, they could have used more than one torpedo.
One of the two bovtubes is empty.
All the outercasing where the reload torpedoes was placed is rusted away and there are no trace of them. There is a lot of trawl and fishing nets on the wreck, so the torpedoes could also have been drawn away by trawl.
The stern torpedotube and the place for the stern reload torpedoes is embeder in the bottom.
So for the moment only one torpedo is visible, but we have to report the worst case to the authorities.
