WWI and II switchover dates for daylight savings time are given on the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt, the National Metrology Institute of Germany website [www.ptb.de]
To sumarize:
30.04.1916 23.00 MEZ to 01.10.1916 01.00 MESZ
16.04.1917 02.00 MEZ to 17.09.1917 03.00 MESZ
15.04.1918 02.00 MEZ to 16.09.1918 03.00 MESZ
