Sinking of RMS Carpathia in 1918 question.

There is a photo circulating around the Internet showing Carpathia sinking. Shows peacetime colors and no stern gun.
If anyone has the loss report, was Carpathia repainted in wartime all grey and armed with a 4.7" on the stern?

Under the headline
The photos taken from the surfaced submarine which sank the ship show a dark vessel and are indistinct. Of course, not too sure that photo is of the Carpathia too.
