War Record and German Translation

My father-in-law served in the German Navy during WWII. He was supposedly on the Tirpitz when she was sunk on 12 November 1944 and he also said he missed his turn on a U-boat that never returned. His personnel files do not reflect either, as far as I can tell. Can someone help with the translation of his War record? I have learned some of the words but the "stammabteilung" always translates to "master department".
I know this is not the proper forum to find information about the Tirpitz crew members but perhaps someone can point me in the right direction. He was assigned to a Combat Group but no ship is named 31 Jul-13 Dec 1944.

22.01.1944 - 09.06.1944 22. Schnellbootsflottille, (22nd Speedboat flotilla)
10.06.1944 – 11.07.1944 15. Marineersatzabteilung, Swinemünde/Cammin (15th Naval Replacement Department???)
12.07.1944 – 30.07.1944 Festungswachabteilung, Kiel (Fortress Guard Department??)
31.07.1944 – 13.12.1944 Kampfgruppe (ohne nähere Angaben) (Combat Group)
14.12.1944 – 15.01.1945 15. Marineersatzabteilung, Swinemünde/Cammin (15th Naval Replacement Department???)
16.01-1945 – nicht vermerkt 3. U-Jagdflottille (ohne Bootsangabe), Einsatzraum Ostsee (3rd Antisubmarine Chase Flotilla (without indication of boat))

In den hier vorhandenen Personalunterlagen Ihres Vaters konnte zu keiner Zeit eine Kommandierung auf dem Schlachtschiff „Tirpitz“ festgestellt werden.
