I was the author of that post. I said we could to send an email to NARA, in order they published KTB on CD format. Nowadays, microfilm techniques are obsolete, and a microfilm reader is very expensive and difficult to find it. If they pass KTB on pdf. format (for instance), in CD, everybody would be able to read them at home, with a PC and a CD-Rom reader.
I think is possible to do that job, and many people would buy them.
