Identfy boat by number plate?

Hello.
Some divers came across a small ( ca 30 fot) motorboat Just outside the harbour in Narvik.
A V-Boot possibly from Wilhelm Heidkamp Z 21

Z-21 did sink the nowegian battle ship "Eidvold" April 9 1940 at Narvik.
The Germans sent up a signal flare from just a boat like this after receving a message from "eidsvold" that there would be no surrender by Norwegians.
Insidently, there was a german doubble barreled signal gun on the floor inside the cabin.

Could this bossibly be the same boat that started WWII in Narvik?

The numberplate on the V-boat says:

H.havighorst
bootswerft
blumenthal A.D.Weser
2511 baujahr 1938

The boat is about 25 feet. with a big merchedes engine in the front.

Can anyone help me to verify the orign og this boat?
Cannot find anything in online archives.
