<HTML>Does anyone know who was responsible within the German Military Authorities
for examination of crashed planes & the burial of RAF aircrew that took part in the
bombing of the French Port of Lorient during 1942/43.
I am looking for records of a Wellington Bomber which crashed 13.2.1943 near the Port of Lorient (the crew are buried at Guidel/ 6km from Lorient)
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all.
Thanks,
Gary. </HTML>
