Decision to send Italian CB boats to Black Sea

Hello,

Adm.Riccardi agreed to send Italian naval forces (CB mini-U-Boats and MTBs) to Black Sea during the German-Italian naval conference in Garmisch on 14-15.Jan.1942.
Any details of the relevant conversations with Grossadmiral Raeder are interesting, and maybe the roll number in NARA with that conference.
