<HTML>Yes, and I would think issues of \"good faith\" would come into play. A lot of sellers I see on e-bay will not (so they say) sell to persons in prohibited countries. Of course, if I was in, say, Bordeux, and reflecting through a server in Cleveland, who\'d know?

I think it\'s rather-what\'s the word I\'m looking for, Xenocentric?- to expect the whole world to kow-tow to your particular laws, even when these actions take place beyound your shores....Like the USCG making noise about the \"illlegality\" of the voyage of the M/V LST Memorial, when it has yet to enter US waters......</HTML>
