Wilhelmshaven Sub Pens

<HTML> Howdy ! I`m not normally into the U-boot scene, I`m an WWII aviation fan...so please bear with me. Is there Sub-pens in Wilhelmshaven ? The reason I ask, I went there when I was in the Navy. It is where the Tirpitz was based at I believe. Unless the pens were at a location somewhere other than the actual Naval Ships were based......I dont recall seeing, or knowing about the sub pens.....May sound a little crazy, but I dont know how I could have missed them ! I did see the ones in Brest France, and I dont think I would have missed them if they were in pain sight. Can anyone tell me where they are located in relation to the ship port.
