Peut être juste une nuance de vocabulaire en anglais: le terme de "recovery" ne veut pas dire découverte mais récupération, renflouage. D'où les commentaires de Joe et de James appelant au respect dû à un cimetière de guerre.
Pour ma part, je considère comme primordial de découvrir l'identité de l'épave. Les familles des disparus ont le droit imprescriptible de savoir en quel lieu se trouvent les dépouilles. Quant à la survie rocambolesque de Schuller et de son équipage, elle a de quoi surprendre car ce serait alors un cas réellement unique qui mérite bien sûr confirmation...

Thanks a lot for your very interesting report. I do hope you'll be able to uncover the type and identity of the lost sub you found, and I'll be glad to hear your coming reports about it, the sooner the better.
Just a slight point of english vocabulary: "recovery" has not at all the same meaning as "discovery". This triggered the very sensible reactions of Joe and James invoking the very necessary respect due to a war grave.
Fro my part, I do stress the point that it is of prime importance for all the families involved to just simply know where their loved ones lie. In my eyes, this warrant a thorough inspection of the wreck with the precise aim to positively identify it. As for the quite extraordinary tale of survifval for Schuller and the crew of U-602, this would really be a big "first" which of course should be again thoroughly ascertained.
