<HTML>Hi Superkraut and kurt,
Sir Winston Churchill once said something like \"There\'s no forever friend or foe.\" I can\'t remember the exact original, some Kameraden here have to correct me on this. Thus a treaty really doesn\'t promise a friendly relationship, what really counts is still the interest of a country under a particular circumstances at a particular time.
How many times have we seen treaties being torn up and trampled on!?--At least we\'ve had enough before or during the WWII period.
Best regards,
Ying
