Hope this helps: Weichsel was a merchant ship of 5,200 tons originally named Syra. She was launched in 1923 and commissioned by the Kriegsmarine as Weichsel on April 7, 1937. Her armament was 1-88mm and 4-37mm guns. She was transferred to Great Britain in 1945 and then bacame the Soviet Donec in 1947.
