<HTML>Hi that was the title of a paperback book printed, I believe, sometime in the 1950's. I cant remember the author though.
John, You sure your not "Church of Turkey" that was the one when you were in the 'Mob'.
I used to know "John the Baptist" Davies (a colleague of "Trev the Dev" of Dolphin fame) who enjoyed telling the tale of when a ship he was on visited a Turkish Naval Base he had the pipe made one Sunday morning "All those who are Church of Turkey muster on the flight deck for morning service" You dont need to ask how many suddenly became Anglicans do you??
But there is a thought.........Were there any Pastors, Lutheran, Catholic or other in the Kriegsmarine.....how were they treated, how did they manage to do their job??
