I remeber it as being a great read and yes I to was impressed by the man who commanded U123.
Over claiming by all combatants would seem to be common be they fighter pilots or U-Boat commanders Prof.Rohwer\'s \"Axis Submairne Successes\" would seem to bear this out.
Reinhard Hardegen as Ying and other members rightly state his duty was to sink Allied shipping . </HTML>
