Go to www.nip.org (Naval Institute Press homepage) and then click \"New&forthcoming books\". According to the site the NIP is going to release (has released) the reprint in their paperback \"Bluejacket-series\" in Jan. 2001. I will probably order it through www.bol.com (actually its Finnish branch) webstore which I have find fast, reliable and reasonably priced (more expensive than e.g. amazon.com but at least Finnish customers do not need credit card etc.).
