As I said before I want to be the \"Guns\" its a cushy job these days with only small arms on board so, in between times I will have to do an hourly check on the wine store. Would you, as a caring skipper, give your officers bad wine? Somebody has to taste it in case it has gone sour - so I am putting myself at risk.
Fin would make a good Number 2 for me as knowing the Caribbean he could check the rum rations haha. As a true \"Rum Rat\" though I would have to double check that in case he made a mistake.
