The name and details mentioned don't relate to service types used on U-Boats , you are looking at either Leitz or Zeiss sizes 7 x 50 , or 8 x 60 as used by boat commanders.
Can you mail me more details of the set or a jpeg of them if possible , but on strength of your description its unfortubnately.
