<HTML>Hi Fin,
I cannot take offence at your statements - your not the sort of person to make offensive remarks in here. But, you did bring to mind a couple of old Dutch soldiers I met when attempting one of the famous Nijmegen marches many years ago. Before crossing the bridge back into Humersord (spell for me!) I stopped for a few moments, rather wet and bedraggled, to rest my weary legs. It was opposite a cottage and an old Dutchman standing in his doorway watching the marchers pass by saw my Union Flag and waving his stick in the air said to me \"come on we British can make it\" - I couldnt let him down so, with a smile I struggled on. The other, a fellow marcher and somewhat younger, I met some miles further on
near the military camp and he got me to lay down with my feet in uppermost to get some of the blood back in my body. Fin, I have always had a great admiration and respect for the Dutch and not just because of those two chaps.
Sorry the rest of you for digressing from the forum
Best wishes
