U-215 only sunk one ship when she spotted a convoy BA 2 and torpedoed & sunk the SS Alexander Macomb of 7191 tons.
U-215 was seen in the area of the convoy and was sunk by
depth-chargers from a British naval trawler- Le Tigre, which pick-up survivors of Alexander Macombe.
However no survivors from the crew of U-215.
