I,m looking for any details on convoy OG-63 ( U.K. to Gibraltar ), as far as which escorts the convoy had? On the 6th June 1941, the Italian submarine Marconi sank the British "Baron Lovat" and Swedish "Taberg", from the convoy. The sloop HMS Wellington picked up survivors from Baron Lovat. The Dutch submarine O23 was an escort for convoy in case of attack by German destroyers. After daylight on the 6th of June, "Glen Head", was bombed and sunk by German aircraft ( probably Focke-Wulf Condor, due to distance from any bases ). Any details about the convoy would be appreciated. Regards Steve.
