I had the opportunity to handle the 'Schiffbuch I' taken from the 'Aviso Grille', below is an extract from the last page in a section that’s laid out like a log. Does anyone know whether this is the equivalent of a ships log as there does not seem to be enough detail entered on a daily basis or is this a kind of ships diary separate from the log?

I have found other events in the book that appear to tie up with information posted around the internet regarding the Aviso Grille such as the collision with the Axel in Early 1940, according to the book this was midnight 9/10th Jan 1940.
