Hello Guys,
I am trying to find out some info regarding SS Homeside sunk apparently 28/1/1941. Not much on the net about it and cant find any U-boat confirmation for it.
Last reported by radio in position 43.52N 18.40W on voyage Pepel to the Tees with iron ore and not heard from since.
Does anyone have any information on U-boats in that area at that time?
This should not be confused with SS Holmside sunk 19/7/41.
Regards
Hugh
