Hi
Regarding u852. My father was a member of the crew of HMS Fishguard and spent some time at the wreck site in 1944. Various items were removed from the wreck and I still have a sextant and a pair of binoculars (see [www.flickr.com] ). In view of the report of radiation in the area following the tsunami I thought it may be worth testing these items for radiation. Do you think any trace would be present after so many years?
