<HTML>I can\'t make claims about CAOD on Win98 in particular, but I do know that the game has several bugs that can make your computer crash on 95.

The silliest bug that I have seen so far, though, is not really fatal, only very funny. Sometimes an escort that is hit, but not sunk, will suddenly be lifted into the air and start acting somewhat like an aircraft. Obviously, the only way to kill it then is to surface and use the deck gun, which is quite dangerous. When I first succeeded in killing one of these in this way, I couldn\'t stop laughing for nearly five minutes, because once I managed to kill the thing, there suddenly were even two of them: one that was down by the bow, and one that was by the stern. Apparantly that\'s how they do the \"ship with a broken back\" trick. It takes one of these flying ghosts to notice this.</HTML>
