I am researching Ernst Muiller, a German officer who was located at Llanmartin POW camp until December 1947. Judging from the respect the other officers gave him he was of senior rank. Prior to his arrival at LLanmartin he was at a camp in Canada. I am hoping that somebody could point me in the direction of Llanmartin camp records or other military records where I could find an overview of his service record including rank, age, commands, etc. (I seem to remember he was referred to as a Lt. Commander and we understood him to have been a U-Boat commander but this may not be accurate.) I know Ernst spoke very good English, was a capable pianist, was an architect in Hanover in civilian life and had a son. His camp friends appeared to be Ludwig,a former boxer, and Shwacker (spelling ?) a much younger man.
