Hi Alain,
That's a long way from proof. Additionally, there is no mention of American ships refueling U-boats and for good reason - it never happened. Perhaps fuel was sold to the German government before America was in the war but that's not even close to an American ship refueling a U-boat. I do mean "perhaps" too as this document proves nothing.
All you have here is an accusation by unnamed sources - not proof. The files are full of stuff like this most of which turned out to be false.
It is true that some American companies did business with the Nazis though - at least until they were forced to stop however there was no case of a U-boat being refueled by an American ship.
