Hello Ken,

If you are looking for photographs of U-boats in France, you may try
ECPDA (Etablissement de commnunication et de production audiovisuelle de la défense)
[www.defense.gouv.fr]

They have a nice collection of German photographs seized during the German retreat from France. They are located in Paris at Fort d'Ivry (metro Mairie d'Ivry). I do not know if they will do any research for you. I believe you can visit without an appointment, just bring an identity card.
