Dear Mrs. Noreen Scully, dear Mr. Jeffrey Scully,

just watching Mr. Sheahan playing on German TV the Irish fiddle I thought something is missing. Missing is, from my point of view, to wish you all a happy New Year in spite of this tragic as well as sudden loss. But I am sure Barry will be keeping a close eye on us from a position, or more to the point a "situation room", also called heaven, to want us all to be happy after all. And probably reminding us that half of US country & Western stems from this island with the Shamrock and theses fantastic "Black Ones" as does the American "speech".

So, if you allow me to borrow from Barry:

DO CHARA and all the best for the coming year and the years ahead
