Jose,
I have the log books on the U-156. What "where about" would you be interested in?
After leaving Aruba the boat headed for Martinque to drop off 2WO Lt. Dietrich A. von dem Borne who was injured when the 105mm round exploded in the barrel.
Seaman Businger who was killed in the explosion was buried at sea on evening of the 16th.
After Martinique it was ordered to concentrate on Mona Passage and Windward Passage. After running out of torpedos she headed home and arrived in Lorient on the 17th March 1942
