I have a u-boat clock that my father who was a submariner and was on a crew that brought back a captured u-boat from england to Portsmouth New Hampshire. It ahd to be towed and the crew kept it from sinking during the trip. He was given the clock by the skipper at the end of the trip. It hasn't worked for the 60 years I have been around . I finally found a clock expert that has repaired it and now I will mount it on my mantle for others to enjoy and ponder its history.
I have been reading threads about whats real and whats fake and this one is definently real. There shouldn't be a lot of authentic ones.
