Submarine Cruise Survey

Hi my name is Samantha.
I'm working on a a 11 person student project at the University of Houston. We are studying the feasibility of purchasing a submarine and running it as an adventure cruise with a route between Galveston, Texas and Pensacola, Florida.
An example of how this operation would run can be seen at this website [www.sailingshipadventures.com]. It would basically be the same sort of business except with submarines instead of ships.
