Hi Ken,

This book looks to be excellent. Schiffer Publishing always do quality books... It will be available at Amazon on Feb 20, 2010. They have not published a price, but it should qualify for free shiping. If the cost and shipping is less than the Aberdeen Book Store's price, then I'll order it from Amazon.
