In general, it's extremely difficult to track World War I U-boat crew members that weren't officers or KIA. The typical source we use for research purposes, KTBs (= war diaries), do not contain crew lists. KTBs, of course, are widely available exactly because the Americans microfilmed them after WWII and the National Archives and Records administration sells copies.
A U-boat's log should contain crew information. Only a relatively small number of U-boat logs are known to survive and these are at the German military archives at Freiburg. They weren't microfilmed.
