I have resulted only some reasons caused by your message below.
Probably I shall continue discussion when I shall have more time.
All participants in the Second World War could ascertain that by bombers
cannot be conquered, even if we send at once thousand of aircraft,
as practiced Great Britain. In spite of all their efforts, the production
of armaments in Germany continued to grow prior to the end of 1944,
and in 1945 it began to fall as a result of the common strategic catastrophe
of Reich.

Later the USA, after consuming in Vietnam more bombs than all mankind during
entire previous history of wars, also could be certified that this
does not guarantee a victory.
Deliveries on Lend Lease were approximately 4% from by the common industrial production of the USSR or about 2% from the industrial production of the USA. I do not discuss the value of these deliveries. I evaluate them very highly. However,
the discussion deals with the portion of industrial production.
To the moment of the ending WW2 in USSR was made of the chemical weapon more, than in all other countries of the world taken together. Now it is a well
known problem as the recycling of this weapon is possible only at joint
efforts of many countries.
I do not know precisely that you mean under \\\"White Russian\\\" strategy. If it is opposition to Bolsheviks, it was not necessary to expect for it.
\\\"White\\\" and \\\"Red\\\" Russian have arisen during cruel Civil War in Russia in
1918-1922. It was the greatest tragedy of Russian people. The enmity between
these forces proceeded and after end of Civil War when millions Russian have
appeared in West and in other countries. However soon after an attack of
Germany on Russia the \\\"White\\\" General Denikin (has died in San Francisco in 1947) as the grown-up on a rank has given back the order permitting to the \\\"White\\\" officers to cooperate with Red Army. Thus for the first time after Civil War the opponents could agree upon joint actions.
By the way, I shall add, that the attack of Germany very strongly has
strengthened authority of Bolsheviks in Russia and has prolonged there time at
authority. Same concerns to times of Cold War. Communism in Russia did not exist so long, if West did not show high activity. Probably such behaviour of West strengthened authority of Communists and was pleasure for them.
Communism can not exist when it does not have opponents. This is the first
secret of Communism. I know many such secrets.
