Simon,
Remarkable work. You have enough information for the definitive book on the type VIIC. I am working in 1/144 and have had enough trouble building scale railings and opening/ accurising flooding holes. As far as I know there is only one photo of U1305 which shows that the Revell kit has the correct conning tower shape so I went with that and am changing other details to suit.
