<HTML>I have a copy of his courtmartialfile, very sad to read, Kusch wasn\'t a nazi, and didn\'t keep his mouth shut about his ideas about the war, the nazi party, Hitler etc.
As a Uboatcommander he was ok.
He was only courtmartilled for his ideas.
