Hello Robert,

thank you for your advice. I tried again and had no problem open the documentary (broadcasted first time in 2006). Maybe you’ll try again on your tube looking for ZDF – History K 129 and USS Scorpion, it has four parts lasting all about 40 min. ZDF = Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen, a German TV-Station established by the government in the late fifties but run independently; something like the history channel in the UK or USA.

What amazed me was that some of the documented actions taken either by the US and/or SU navies in this matter were kind of replicated although in a fictional way in the movie and in the book by Tom Clancy.
