Daressalem Fire

Hi.

On 13th of January 1945 a fire broke out in Kiel harbour on the accommodation ship Daressalem.It killed 3 U-Boat Commanders, Von Bitter, Ludden and Franken.

Any idea what caused the fire and what were the total casualties?
